Payment Terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All orders placed through our online store must be paid in full at checkout. We accept:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Shop Pay (where available)

  • Any additional payment methods enabled via Shopify at time of purchase

Payment is required before your order is confirmed or dispatched.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated payment system (Shopify Payments). Transactions are encrypted and handled by certified third-party payment processors.

We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card details.

By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

3. Pricing, GST & Currency

  • All prices are listed in AUD.

  • Prices include GST where applicable.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Refunds are processed in AUD.

  • Your bank may apply foreign transaction or conversion fees if applicable.

4. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email will be issued once payment has been successfully processed. If payment fails, your order will not be completed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

5. Payment Security

We take payment security seriously.

All transactions are processed using:

  • SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer)

  • PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure

  • Secure tokenisation of card details

  • Fraud monitoring and risk analysis tools

Our website does not store credit card numbers. Sensitive payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Shopify’s secure servers and its authorised payment processing partners.

If we detect suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity, we may pause, cancel, or request additional verification before fulfilling your order.

For your own protection, please ensure you:

  • Use secure internet connections when making purchases

  • Do not share payment confirmation emails publicly

  • Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your payment method

6. Approved Accounts (If Applicable)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all retail orders require immediate payment at checkout.

If you have an approved trade or business account with agreed payment terms, those terms will be outlined separately in your written agreement or invoice.
